Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, we accept most insurances such as Carefirst, State Medicaid and more. Call our office to find out more information.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, NO cash payments.
Q: Do you provide services in the home?
A: We offer home health services for adults with Medicare and some pediatric patients to help them generalize skills learned in the clinic on a case by case basis.
Q: Do you have weekend appointments?
A: Yes, we offer limited weekend hours on Saturdays.
Q: Do offer services to non-english speakers?
A: Yes, we have therapists on staff that are fluent in Spanish & Hindi.
Q: How long are the treatment sessions?
A: All treatment sessions are 30 minutes in length as long as the patient can tolerate the time frame.
Q:Do you accept private pay patients?
A: Yes, we offer private pay patients in addition to a sliding scale fee based on your income.
Q: Do you offer parent education classes?
A: Yes, we offer parent education classes on a variety of topics.
Q: Do you have early morning appointments?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have appointments before 10:00 AM however we do offer evening appointments until 6:00PM.
Q: Do you bill the insurance company directly?
A: Yes, we bill the insurance company directly unless you are private pay. We can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
